1. Delivery Timeline
Once your order is confirmed and the required form is submitted, we begin creating your website based on the information you provide.
The initial website setup will be completed within 7 to 14 business days.
After the website goes live:
Blog posts and regular maintenance updates will be delivered on the pre-scheduled dates.

2. Requesting Changes
You can submit change or update requests at any time through your customer panel.
We will respond to every request within a maximum of 48 hours, and process it based on urgency and priority.

3. Exceptional Delays
In the event of a major disruption (e.g., natural disaster, national emergency, or any condition preventing us from operating for over a week), services will resume within a maximum of 30 days.
Any missed updates or deliverables (e.g., blog posts) during this period will be rescheduled and fulfilled over the following months, ensuring no long-term loss of service value.

4. Cancellation Policy
By subscribing to our service, you agree to a 12-month non-cancellable commitment.

Early cancellation is not permitted once the subscription begins and payment is confirmed.

This policy is in place due to the upfront labor, technical setup, and ongoing resource allocation that begins immediately upon order.
